M.A.R.S.H. PERFORMANCE WEEK
FREE PERFORMANCE WEEK • OCTOBER 5–9
MON / WED / FRI • 7 AM OR 6 PM
8 SPOTS PER CLASS • APPLICATION REQUIRED
Application required. Limited to 8 participants per training group.
TRAIN WITH A GROUP. DON'T GET LOST IN ONE.
Performance Group Training combines the energy and challenge of training alongside other motivated people with actual coaching.
Everyone follows the same training objective, but that doesn't mean everyone uses the same weight, exercise variation, pace, or recovery.
You'll learn how to adjust the training to your current capability while still being challenged to improve it.
THREE DAYS. THREE DIFFERENT CHALLENGES.
Choose your challenge.
Learn to select appropriate loading, manage recovery and perform quality strength work at an intensity appropriate for you.
MONDAY — STRENGTH
Manage your challenge.
Learn to adjust your weight, movement and pace to continue performing as fatigue builds.
WEDNESDAY — CAPACITY
Apply your challenge.
Bring strength, power and conditioning together while learning when to push, recover and adjust.
FRIDAY — PERFORMANCE
IS PERFORMANCE WEEK FOR YOU?
Performance Week may be a good fit if:
You have previous training experience.
You're comfortable with basic gym movements and equipment.
You want your workouts to challenge you—not just check a box.
You enjoy working alongside other motivated people.
You're looking for your next physical challenge.
You're willing to be coached and make adjustments.
This is group training—not personal training.
Exercises, loads and difficulty can be adjusted when appropriate, but coaching attention is shared among a maximum of eight participants.
This is not a beginner fitness class.
You do not need to be exceptionally strong, fast or athletic.
But you should have enough exercise experience that class time can be spent training rather than teaching fundamental movements from scratch.
Maximum 8 people per group
Small enough to actually be coached.
Real coaching
I'll be moving throughout the room adjusting technique, loading, exercise variations and intensity when necessary.
Appropriate challenge
The goal isn't to prove you're the strongest person in the room. It's to discover the appropriate challenge for where you are now—and work from there.
