Rebuilt. Refined. Resilient.
I was born with a rare bladder condition that led to more than 45 surgeries before I turned 30.
Each recovery forced me to rebuild — my strength, mobility, and mindset — from the ground up.
That process taught me something most people never learn in a gym:
Strength isn’t built once. It’s rebuilt — over and over again.
At 34, I’ve had to relearn what it means to move well and live strong more times than I can count.
That’s why I built M.A.R.S.H. Fitness — a place where training isn’t about perfection, it’s about progress that lasts.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, starting your first program, or chasing a new goal — I understand the process because I’ve lived it.
And I know how to help you build a body that keeps up with your life.
The M.A.R.S.H. Method
Every strong foundation starts with a structure.
M.A.R.S.H. Fitness is built on five core principles — Mobility, Accountability, Resistance Training, Sustainability, and Habits.
Together, they create a system that’s simple, powerful, and designed to last.
MOBILITY – Move Better Before You Move More
Mobility focuses on improving the range of motion and functional control of the joints. By addressing movement restrictions, compensations, and muscular imbalances, we enhance efficiency and reduce the likelihood of injury. This foundation allows the body to perform daily tasks and training demands with greater ease and stability.
ACCOUNTABILITY – Consistency Creates Change
Accountability provides a structured framework for progress. Consistent guidance, monitoring, and feedback ensure adherence to the program and reinforce the behaviors required for long-term change. This system helps maintain focus, supports self-discipline, and prevents the common plateaus associated with unstructured training.
RESISTANCE TRAINING – The Core of Strength
Resistance training is the primary driver for strength development, muscle preservation, and metabolic health. Through progressive overload and proper technique, we train the body to adapt in a controlled and measurable way. This approach increases physical capability, improves posture, and supports overall performance.
“Strong isn’t a look. It’s a process.”
SUSTAINABILITY – Built to Last
Sustainability refers to the development of training and lifestyle practices that can be maintained consistently over time. Rather than relying on short-term intensity or temporary motivation, we prioritize structured progression, recovery management, and habit formation. The goal is to create a system that supports ongoing performance, reduces the risk of injury, and promotes long-term physical well-being.
HABITS – The Small Things That Change Everything
Habits serve as the behavioral foundation for lasting results. Through repeatable, realistic daily actions—such as nutritional consistency, sleep quality, and routine planning—we create meaningful change over time. By reinforcing beneficial habits and minimizing self-limiting patterns, progress becomes predictable and sustainable.
Day 1 → Day 30 → Day 90 → New You.

Strength with Purpose
My foundation isn’t just built on fitness — it’s built on faith and discipline.
This verse has guided me through every setback and comeback:
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” — Philippians 4:13
For me, it’s a reminder that strength starts on the inside, long before it shows on the outside
